The innovative teacher values collaboration. Through collaboration, he finds that there is a meaningful transaction which helps in making good learning experiences. When two teachers work collaboratively to present the content, there are new perspectives for both the teachers and the learners. In short, team-teaching is more effective as two brains are working on the content, strategies, assessments.
